New American Housing Fund is an initiative started by Launch Capital Partners, a real estate impact investing company. Serving immigrants and refugees, they beat market returns and meet their housing needs by preserving multi-family affordable units and offering a supportive ecosystem for our residents. With a focus on community, this initiative invests in people's futures—their hopes and dreams.
